Role Overview
As the Marketing Director, you will lead PartnerBoost’s US marketing strategy and execution to enhance brand visibility, foster client engagement, and drive business growth. This role involves building a results-driven marketing plan that aligns with PartnerBoost’s objectives, managing a high-performing marketing team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver impactful campaigns. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to implement innovative marketing strategies, optimize performance, and position PartnerBoost as the go-to Amazon affiliate network in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen PartnerBoost’s brand presence and client acquisition.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials and creative assets tailored to our affiliate network and brand partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create targeted campaigns that support partner growth and revenue generation.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Affiliate Marketing experience/knowledge is a plus.
  • Candidate needs to be based in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Proven expertise in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting persuasive messaging.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and achieving measurable results.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s affiliate ecosystem or prior connections within the affiliate marketing industry is a significant advantage.
