Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client resources by exploring potential customers through various channels and establishing strong customer relationships.
  • Create personalized sales proposals based on customer needs, showcasing the advantages of the company’s products and services.
  • Engage in effective communication and negotiations with clients to drive the sales process and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, promoting ongoing cooperation and business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely feedback to suggest improvements for the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete various sales tasks and projects, actively participating in team building and cooperation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills to interact fluently with domestic and international clients.
  • Relevant experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry, familiar with its operational models and market trends.
  • Experience in SaaS software sales, understanding its sales characteristics and customer needs.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus, with familiarity in its operating models and collaboration methods.
  • Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, capable of independently achieving sales tasks.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and initiative, able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in office software with some data analysis skills.
