Role Overview
As a Partner Success Manager, your role is pivotal in building and nurturing the partnerships that fuel our Amazon clients' success in the affiliate marketing channel. You will be responsible for working closely with the Partner Onboarding team and will own the partner engagements once an affiliate partner is live on the PartnerBoost platform. Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to scale partners by connecting them with our 1000+ brands, communicate effectively, manage projects efficiently, and your passion for seeing your clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategy for optimizing and growing affiliate partners and that aligns with client goals.

Once a partner has been onboarded to the PartnerBoost platform, act as the primary point of contact for partners, promoting partnership opportunities and ensuring they are active and engaged.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners to create new opportunities for clients.

Report on partner performance regularly to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and creative assets across the partner ecosystem.

Negotiate media placements and marketing opportunities with partners and brands.

Own the key partner relationships and ensure that PartnerBoost brands are aware of exposure opportunities.

Uphold the clientโs partner terms and conditions while ensuring a positive experience that promotes PartnerBoost within the industry.

Create and refine internal processes and workflows to optimize team operations and enhance partnership value.

Work closely with the PartnerBoost advertiser and sales teams.

Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.

Have a background in building and evolving high-performing partnerships across varying company sizes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced Excel skills.

Good understanding of business fundamentals, marketing, and finance.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

A passion for learning and teamwork, with the flexibility to adapt in a growing environment.
