Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our digital advertising sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across potential Amazon store clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to identify new revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with the product, marketing, and account management teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales pitches.
Business Development:

Identify and engage potential clients in key verticals, including retail, e-commerce, CPG, automotive, finance, and others.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, brands, and advertisers.

Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

Manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting and reporting.
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling are maximized.

Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve results.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and results.
Revenue Growth:

Negotiate and close high-value deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts.

Work cross functionally with PartnerBoost teams to maximize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals with brands, agencies, and advertisers.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising products.

Experience working with leading affiliate platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
